I mostly stopped writing code this year
I write almost no code anymore. And I'm shipping more than I ever have.
Fourteen calculator tools live on one site. A meal planner my family uses every week. A course. All of it built with Claude Code while I act like an editor instead of an engineer.
I used to spend my nights debugging. Now I read a pull request over coffee and decide if it's good enough to ship. Twenty minutes. Done.
The speed isn't the surprising part. The surprising part is that my whole job changed and I barely noticed it happen.
So I'm going to post here every day about what this actually looks like. What works. The real numbers, even when they're embarrassing. The stuff that breaks.
