The unglamorous numbers, month two

Two months of numbers from my calculator site:

194 Google impressions last month. 1 click. Average position 53. Revenue: zero.

I am posting this because most "build in public" content starts after the thing already works. That makes the early days look easy. They are not easy. These are the early days. Fourteen tools live, a clean site, and Google barely knows it exists.

The numbers told me something useful. Tool count is not the problem. Getting found is the problem. So now the pipeline ships supporting articles every Thursday next to the Monday tool. More ways to get found, all pointing at tools that already work.

I write a weekly email on what happened in AI and what I am doing with it. If you want the honest version of this experiment in your inbox, the link is in the comments.

> I send a short AI report every week. What shipped, what matters if you build with AI.
